BSTU team came off second-best in the final of the TechnoHub accelerator program hosted by North (Arctic) Federal University (Arkhangelsk, Russia) on December 13, 2024.

The program aimed at accelerating student startups and business projects and at creating enabling and sustainable environment for entrepreneurship and innovation.

The TechnoHub program focused on AI-based engineering projects and developments in the field of power and construction. The agenda embraced a great number of training sessions, workshops, lectures, elimination rounds and tracking sessions.

BSTU team included project developers (Anna Zhuk and Ilya Starovoitov), project managers (Alina Gorbukova and Elizaveta Krivchenya), project leader Anastasiya Frantsuzova and tutor Evgeniy Rossokha (Head of Department of Production Organization and Real Estate Management). The team competed against 60 other contesting teams of the accelerator program.

The BSTU team successfully made the cuts and qualified for the final with their ParkGuard project of web-based monitoring of parking violations.??
