August 18, 2025 – A delegation of Russian State Agrarian University – Moscow Timiryazev Agricultural Academy visited Belarusian State Technological University.??

During the talks with the delegation from the BSTU partner university Vyacheslav Fleisher, Vice-Rector for Research gave a detailed overview of research activities and research developments of BSTU scholars for the national industry and economy. The guests also visited the Museum of History and Education where they learnt about the key milestones in BSTU history and current trends in its development.

The parties discuss the most promising areas of further cooperation to include internship of lecturers, student exchange, visit-lecturing, joint publications and research projects. The Russian colleagues expressed their vivid interest in such fields of future collaboration as economy of forestry and agriculture, management, technology of mineral fertilizers, food biotechnology, ecological tourism.

At the close of the meeting the parties agreed to exchange project ideas and prepare joint publications to the “BSTU Proceedings” science journal as a near-term development of cooperation.
